Question and Answer
Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. I currently work for an upscale retirement facility in Vero Beach where we constantly stay up to date with the latest food trends.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. Due to the ever changing price of foods and the wide variety of menu choices, as well as the various services available, it's challenging to give someone a quote with out some details other than the number of guests.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. I realized after years of trying to search for my special gift how much I truly enjoy serving people and experimenting with foods and putting the two together.
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Weddings, special occasions, family gatherings. Open to most any event. I also offer personal services on weekly or monthly basis. Food shopping and meal prep for families or people with special dietary needs.
Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A. Normally I use a large grill and roast my pigs using charcoal. At one event I decided to smoke the meats, and throughout the process I was a little nervous. I had researched it but never tried it. When dinner was over that night in Okeechobee, I was told by almost every guest that it was the best tasting smoked pig and beef they ever tasted.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. You're not just hiring a caterer, you're selecting someone that will invest in creating a lasting memory in a small part of your special day.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A. Wish I could get everyone to taste my food and truly let them know how much I enjoy making everyone one I serve 100% satisfied.
